Kids' Coverage Bills Headed to the Floor!

We are pleased to announce that the children's health coverage bills are headed to the floor of their house of origin. AB 1 (Laird & Dymally) and SB 32 (Steinberg) have officially passed out of their Appropriations Committees and will be heard on the floor of the Assembly and Senate. SB 32 may be heard at any moment today or later this week; we expect AB 1 to be heard in the latter part of the week.

** Please continue to show your support for children's health insurance by encouraging legislators to make providing coverage to all children a top priority. To support these bills you can:
