Governor’s Health Care Proposal to be Revealed Today at 12:00 pm

Gov. Schwarzenegger will present his health care reform plan this morning at 12:00 pm. Log on and watch the live webcast at www.gov.ca.gov! Following the Governor's presentation will be a live discussion between administration officials, stakeholders and the public at 1:30pm. Please show your support for covering all of California's kids by participating and submitting a question for the live discussion on the webcast site (questions can be submitted now).

** Children's health insurance has received much media attention over the past week; for example, please see National Public Radio's Marketplace: "No child left in the waiting room" and the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin: "We should be able to insure all our children."

State of the State Address Tomorrow at 5:00 pm

The action continues on Tuesday, when Governor Schwarzenegger will announce his full list of priorities for 2007 in his televised State of the State address.

Join us in calling on Governor Schwarzenegger to provide strong leadership and lay out a plan to achieve health insurance for all California's kids as part of his State of the State speech. Gather friends and family and host a "Speech-Viewing Party" and rate the Governor's leadership on children's health insurance.
