One More Day to Support Prop 86

Thank you for your steadfast support for Prop 86, and a successful voter outreach weekend before Election Day!

The vote will be extremely close. Hearing the facts from a trusted person can make the difference for voters inundated with information. There is still time to make a few more calls (several phone banks are open tonight), email your friends and colleagues, and most importantly, make sure everyone you know goes to the polls on Tuesday!

Sen. Dianne FeinsteinYour efforts have been essential to the "Yes on 86" campaign. Since the campaign began, your support has allowed the campaign to:

  • Make more than 75,000 calls to voters telling them the truth about Proposition 86;
  • Gather six hundred endorsements;
  • Speak to local communities up and down the state at "Yes on Proposition 86" events; and
  • Send countless letters and emails to friends, families and colleagues asking them to vote YES on 86.

It is this grassroots effort that will make the difference tomorrow, when support for Prop 86 will prevail over Big Tobacco's deep pockets and fabrications. That's really the choice here for voters: reducing smoking and funding health programs or fattening tobacco industry profits. We're confident the few remaining undecided voters will see through the distortions and take a stand for our children and against the tobacco industry.

We will be in touch shortly after the election – in the meantime, vote YES ON 86!
