One Size Doesn’t Fit All: California’s Higher Cost of Living Warrants Continued State Flexibility for Children’s Health Coverage

The federal government must not penalize California children simply because their parents work in a costly state. States need continued flexibility to set threshold income levels to provide working families the opportunity to purchase affordable health coverage for their children.
