The 100% Campaign (a collaborative effort of The Children’s Partnership, Children Now, and Children's Defense Fund-California) invites you to a briefing on a new Urban Institute analysis of the policy options for serving children currently eligible for the Healthy Families Program in the 2014 coverage system.
