If every child kept their coverage for a full year, the number of low-income uninsured children would decline by 40 percent. Once children and their families are insured, the work is not over. The 100% Campaign helps to ensure California children remain covered by monitoring the extent to which they are losing or keeping their health coverage and developing promising retention strategies.
