Outreach and Enrollment

More than two-thirds of uninsured children in California are eligible for Medi-Cal or Healthy Families--they're just not enrolled. Many families don't think their children are eligible for health insurance or don't know how to enroll them. The 100% Campaign has researched and developed promising outreach and enrollment strategies to reach uninsured, yet eligible, children.
